Apartments.com's Sneak Peak & Game Day homepage approach was designed to align with our television marketing efforts for Super Bowl Sunday. Previous to Super Bowl Sunday, we launched a Sneak Peak homepage, which aligned with a series of teaser commercials we released. Super Bowl Sunday we release our Game Day homepage which showcased our commercial. The overall tone and and voice of the commercial carried through to to our design, creating brand cohesion and awareness.

Apartments.com's Connecting with Renters homepage approach was to make Apartments.com more of a household brand. By moving away from the dark tonal values and introducing graphical elements such as humanistic imagery, organic typefaces, and messaging that evokes a lifestyle experience, we created a brand that is more relatable to our consumers.
